To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it – unworn or unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. Along with the item, you'll need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damaged Items or Issues:

We kindly request that you carefully inspect your order upon delivery. In case you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please reach out to us immediately. This will enable us to assess the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:

Additionally, we are unable to accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Should you wish to exchange an item, the most efficient process is to initiate a return for the item you have, and once the return is approved, proceed to make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period:

For shipments to the European Union, you are entitled to exercise a "cooling off" period of 14 days. During this time, you can cancel or return your order without providing a reason. The same eligibility criteria apply: the item must be unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging, and you should provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds:

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you about the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically using your original payment method within 10 business days. Please bear in mind that banks and credit card companies may take some time to process and post the refund to your account.
