Should you wish to exchange an item, the most efficient process is to initiate a return for the item you have, and once the return is approved, proceed to make a separate purchase for the new item.

For shipments to the European Union, you are entitled to exercise a "cooling off" period of 14 days. During this time, you can cancel or return your order without providing a reason. The same eligibility criteria apply: the item must be unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging, and you should provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds:

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you about the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically using your original payment method within 10 business days. Please bear in mind that banks and credit card companies may take some time to process and post the refund to your account.
